Rolling in
48 Hours or Less.
Our onboarding process is designed to be fast, frictionless, and complete. Most carriers are dispatched within 24–48 hours of submitting their documents. Here's exactly what we need from you.
The Process
Four Steps to Your First Load
Onboarding with Always Rolling is straightforward by design. We've processed dozens of carrier applications and know exactly where friction hides—so we've built our intake process to eliminate it. You submit documents once, we handle the broker approvals and carrier packet submissions, and you start hauling.
"They had us running loads three days after our first call. Paperwork was painless."

Common Questions
Onboarding FAQ
How long does onboarding take?
Most carriers are dispatching within 24–48 hours of submitting complete documents. The main variable is broker approval speed, which we track actively and follow up on same-day.
Do I need to be a new authority?
Not at all. We work with carriers of all ages—new authorities getting started as well as established operations with years of history and existing broker relationships they want us to manage.
What if I already have some broker approvals?
Great—we'll add your existing broker network to our dispatch roster and layer in additional approvals from our relationship pool. You keep everything you've built, and we expand from there.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
We don't lock you in with long-term contracts. Our relationship is month-to-month, built on performance. We keep carriers by delivering results, not binding agreements.
What equipment types do you dispatch?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, and power-only. We have dedicated dispatch specialists for each equipment type who understand the specific load requirements, accessorial norms, and broker networks for that market.
How does billing and payment work?
Our dispatch fee is a percentage of gross load revenue—billed weekly. We collect after you're paid, not before. See our pricing page for full details and tier breakdowns.
